I found Sway in Office 365 and decided to have a play.
One issue I have is that the suggested images may be CC licenced but there is no way to get to the source to make sure you know which CC licence is applied and to provide appropriate attribution etc. But you can upload your own images.
Apart from that, it looks like handy sort of tool half way between website and slideshow.
