Sketchcast is another option for digital storytelling. It is also a tool for recording brainstorming sessions, or for creating a ‘presentation’ during the presentation as audio can be recorded at the same time.
Check the terms of service if you are at all concerned about how your content may be used, as registration licences the site to use it in various ways including making derivative works. It also appears that all sketches are public.
