Cueprompter provides a really simple way to display a script in a scrolling view. A large text box is provided to paste in your script. Some options are provided for adjusting the background, font and screen size. When the prompter is started a new view screen opens. Hit forward to start the scrolling.

I think I'll try this next time I'm creating a screencast. Fortunately I have dual monitors!
