A tale of an NZ ISP (Slingshot) getting it wrong. According to Media Fetish, the ISP's customers were being logged in to other people's accounts on various services including social networking sites and the University of Otago's online learning sytem.
It's reported the university had to shut down access to their system as the ISP did not want their customers complaining about lack of internet access!
