very interesting slideshow. I guess the best way to align collaboration tools and the intranet is to ensure that they dont work at cross purposes. The tools should be so embedded in the intranet that using the intranet means using the collaboration tools. for example managing files (access, move, share, work togather) would be done only through the document management system. schedules would be managed and organized only through the calendring tool.
