Wink is another application to try for screencasting. Wink is freeware for business and personal use. Output formats include Macromedia Flash, Standalone EXE, PDF, PostScript, HTML, and still images in BMP/JPG/PNG/TIFF/GIF. Available for Windows and some versions of Linux
