Ken Varnum at RSS4Lib has started a list of library sites publicizing their experimental, beta and trial services.

At the moment the page says "The following is an alphabetical list of legislatures that provide RSS feeds so their constituents can track legislation" -- but I've left a comment for Ken.

Thanks for the post and the correction -- I fixed the error (used a template for another directory, of legislative feeds...)
