I've just been trying out the Firefox addon for Meebo. I like it. At MPOW we are just about to start a trial of Meebo as a complementary communciation channel for the AskALibrarian service.
One of my concerns was about staff not noticing when someone was asking a question. If we use Firefox it looks like we might have some more visible cues, which is good because we don't have speakers on the Info Desk workstation.
