According to the Microsoft Team RSS blog, IE7 will use the RSS icons made available by the Mozilla Team to provide consistency for users in identifying content feeds. The Outlook team will also be using the same icon throughout Outlook 12.
I think it's time to update my blog template. I prefer the Mozilla icon too.
