Libraries Australia & Google Scholar

Libraries Australia records that match existing records in Google Scholar now have links to the Libraries Australia service. Work is progressing to have all records available in both the Scholar and main Google search results.

The Libraries Australia links will only appear for Australian users unless they change their Scholar preferences and select the National Library of Australia in the Library Links box.

What do you get when you click on it?

Now if we can find out how to limit our Google Scholar search to just "Libraries Australia" records.....

I noticed that this week too. Very interesting. The NLA is doing lots of interesting collaberation - there's also the links to Amazon in Libraries Australia records.

I have tried getting NLA and LibraryThing together - but not sure if anything much is happening in that area as yet. - http://inn0vate.blogspot.com/2006/03/australias-largest-online-library-is.html

I'm sure the LibrariesAustralia community of users/contributors (the actual members) will have the search engine aspect higher on the priority list than LibraryThing users being able to search for records to add to their collections.
