Setting up a csv file for Outlook calendar import

A few notes for creating a csv file to import a calendar into MS Outlook.

Key fields are:

Subject, Start Date, Start Time, End Date, End Time, All Day Event, Categories, Show Time As

‘Show Time As’ possible values:

  • 1- Tentative
  • 2- Busy
  • 3- Free
  • 4- Out of Office

It is also possible to include Location and Description fields.
